ERBIL, Kurdistan Region - The Azadi camp, affiliated with an Iranian Kurdish opposition group, was targeted by five drone strikes in the eastern Koya district of Erbil province, an official confirmed to Rudaw.
The strikes occurred "at around 10:50pm" with four hitting areas surrounding the camp, while one was intercepted by "coalition warplanes," Kawa Bahrami, a senior member of the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran (KDPI), told Rudaw.
Bahrami added that the attacks caused material damage but no casualties.
