ERBIL, Kurdistan Region - President Masoud Barzani and Syria's interim President Ahmed al-Sharaa spoke on the phone on Sunday, discussing the latest developments in the Middle East.
"During the phone conversation, they exchanged views on the situation in the region, the latest developments and changes, and their impact on regional stability, as well as the risks of escalating tensions. Both sides also stressed the importance of resolving the region’s issues and crises through dialogue and peaceful means," read a statement from Barzani's office.
