MOSCOW, Russia - A large tent has been set up in the front courtyard of the Memorial Mosque in Moscow for Muslims to break their fast during the holy month of Ramadan. Non-Muslims are also welcome.
Covering an area of 800 square meters, the Ramadan tent is an annual cultural and charitable project organized by the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Moscow with the support of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Russian Federation and local authorities.
It will remain open throughout the month of Ramadan and will host clergymen to lead daily discussions on religious topics.
